Weird Icons in Outlook

I haven't seen this problem yet in the forum. I just had an ATI xpert 2000 AGP video card installed. After all the resolution settings were done and looking good, I discovered that a few Icons in Outlook Express have become distorted. Like 'Send/Receive' in Inbox and absolutely NO icons are normal in 'New Message' . It's strange that some are good but others are weird??? Any clues??? I appreciate any ideas.
