I reieved my free weecam, and have been having trouble installing it. I went to the Alaris site,It said that the wee cam can't be installed by the disk that come's with it. I tried... and the tried to download The four (qvweecamusb4.exe), that are supposed to be the drivers from their site. They wouldn't, (Even though they looked like they were) download.
I'm having a hard time installing this thing. I tried many times to call Alaris tech support, but get a message, and no return call.
How do I uninstall the CD that comes with it. I think I've already done it, but just to make sure, I need that info, and then...How do I install the weecam from there so that it works..

I got the weecam and got it to work the first time I hooked it up. The instructions say to set your BIOS to ECP mode before installing the software/drivers. Try doing that.

the most important thing is your port settings in bios.make sure you set at ecp not epp. also make sure your pc "finds" the camera on install hardware.
