When I start my Win 98 I get a box in the middle of the screen asking me if I want to publish webpages. "To begin publishing you web pages click next" then I have the options Next, Cancel and Help. My computer is running OK but its annoying having this prompt come up everytime I start my computer. Any help is appreciated.

Go to your start menu and click Run. Type msconfig into the box and click ok, and choose the tab for startup items, uncheck the boxes for that application so it doesnt start up at reboot.
