When I try to install my WC-10 Webcam made by telemax from logitech is says that i need to insert the installation disk and when i do, it says I need to verify the correct path to the file 'dsnpp106.ax' I have no idea where this file is supposed to come from if it isn't on the installation disk!!!!The cam is supposed to be compatible with my OS and it doesn't seem to want to install! I can install the driver but not the cam...how is that possible? Whenever i plug in my cam it always does a search for the software for my new hardware but it always asks me for this file that i don't have on the installation disk. I have searched the whole disk and i have no clue what to do. The cam is powered by USB which i have a card for in one of my PCI slots because it only supports a usb interface, so ihad to get this card for it to work...I need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this all that there is??

Hey thanx dave02 for the info, but i figured it out already.:) I'll explain what i did in case others need the info too. Windows couldn't properly open up the driver file for some reason so i unistalled everything for the webcam-drivers and all, and rebooted my comp. Then i went straight to the logitech website and downloaded the driver there for my cam and rebooted again. B4 I turned on my comp i plugged in my usb cam and voila! Properly installed!!!! So for the people who need to know this....i offer this info cause it was a pain in the u know what to try to figure it out on my own being computer illiterate. And the packaging said "easy install"!!!!!Right......
