I get the same fault running AOL 4.0 and
IE 4.0 -- upgrading to AOL 5.0 and IE 5.0
does not solve the problem. However, I
tried using Netscape 4.04 and it seems to
avoid the problem (so far).

if you are in chatrooms when this happen it could be a punter. if you think this may be it turn off chat sounds in preferences. there are also anti punters available on the web and many other chatters can pass them on as well.

Try to run waol.exe and setup the connection.
Don't know how long it runs. But so far no problems.

Can someone please solve this problem, before I decide to switch to another provider! What good is a service if you can't use it. Maybe I should just get another provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see a lot of the same thing/questions. I too am experencing, (WAOL caused an invalid page fault in module ) and I see no answers to these peoples problems. I tried to get in to Technical support but as usual they are too busy to take calls. This is with AOL5.0, 6.0 is sorry to fool with. The address book takes too long to come to life.
