Want to put Win XP theme on Win98SE

I just got a new Old computer running Windows 98 Second Edition and would like to make it look like Windows XP. How do I do This? Also can a 200mhz pentium w/64 mb ram play mpeg movies or DivX?, It should at least be able to get real video. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't understand y anyone would want the XP theme on a computer, as my freind quoted, it's "ficher price" interface is kinda noobish. But anyways, I know for sure a 200mhz will skew sound on a divx because of the lag the actual movie produces. Mpegs4 will work fine, but I don't think mpeg4s will work.
