I don't want content advisor on my system at all . I don't remember if I entered the original password. I just want it erased and to be able to go to ANY site of my choosing.

Run "regedit" and navigate to ratings:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Policies
Ratings

If you have a password set there will be a value named "key" Just delete it, and your password is reset. And I can read CAPITALS just fine.
