'Waiting' on boot up

On boot up starts to load normally then before Windows it gives a wait sign unless you press a key it stays there?
New Motherboard fitted (American Megatrends)
8.4Gb H/D 64Mb Ram.
Please help!

If it is a very new harddisk which was never used then it be a small or big problem. If your computer is a $*^ then you must look for a disk utility. Go to the seller and ask whether he can provide you with the utility. If not try to get it from American Megatrends. If you have a pentium it will be easier. Check in the bios set up whether your harddisk is recognised.

problem with my hdd.
i try to make it sys, it shows that system transferd. but when i am trying to boot from hdd it stuk
