Ok, I can't help u, but I'm sure when someone that can comes along they won't know what to tell u cause all your wrote is that somethings missing and u didn't even specify really what vxd file it is or if you've done something to your pc or if something before this happened. Be more thurough.

Tell us what vxd file is missing, most likely you can run sfc or reinstall the app thats you uninstalled...... :)

it your system runs with no problem then chances are you don't need it.
I would be better to say which one.
But this can happen if you restore a registry after you uninstall a program that was using a vxd such as norton or another utility.
