VxD VNETBIOS(01) problem

At startup I get the following message that is killing my machine. Can any body help?
An exception OE occured at 00028:C006F385 in VxD VNETBIOS(01) + 000005D5 This was called from 0028:C02515D5 in VxD VMM(13) + 000005D5 It may be possible to continue. Press any key.
Now some drivers are conflicting and not much works very well or at all. HELP, Thanks

The driver conflicts are causing it. The vmm32/vcache system is supposed to allow devices to share resources, but it's been a bust. Resolve your conflicts and it should go away. For info regarding the vmm/vcache system see the article at www.techtony.com
