vxd driver missing

when i boot up it says i have a system ini file missing msisys.vxd how can i get it back. i run win.98 2nd ed. it was on my system when i bought it and have no disc

Not sure what you did to get rid of it, but...

Do Start > Run > MSINFO32

End the program once it starts. It will create a new MSISYS.vxd file.
Reboot.

where can i find the ndis.vxd, and the ndis2sup.vxd files there missing and i'm getting the same error message about sys.ini
