To clarify: You have the yellow speaker in the Systray, but clicking on it has no effect? OR, you don't see the yellow speaker in the Systray?

Hi Jill, Firstly never give your e-mail address out to anyone as people can use it for spam purposes or other undersirable things. Secondly if there is no speaker icon in the right hand corner of you computer in which is the systems tray then click on "start" then "programs" then "accessories" then "entertainment" and there it will be "volume control". Let me know how you go, Stu.
