i removed mscdex.exe file but it recover and it will slow my system

ple give me solution for this virus

norotn, pc-cillin, a.v.g. can not detect him
ple help me

MSCDEX.EXE is not a virus. It is a vital Windows file. It is used for accessing cdrom drives.
