Virus file ...I continue to recieve an email with an virus attached each time this email is deleted the email returns...what is a resolution...how can I prevent this email from returning to my mail?
Set up a Message Filter as Dave suggests For Netscape...in the mail window click on Edit/Message Filters, then on New. You can set it up for the Subject, body of message, ect I'll have to let someone else help with instructions for Outlook Express since I'm a Netscape user

In Outlook Express, you can set your security to keep any attachments that may contain a virus from being able to be opened. You can also block sender, but I did that and they just change their address, so the messages still come. I just got on line and checked my mail, and 8 of 14 messages were the sircam32 worm. Just be diligent and don't for any reason, open an attachment.
