I use prn files all the time, most prn files are comma delimeted and some are space delimeted. I use excel program to open them up and then I fix them when they come up.

Don't think so.
At least, not the PRN files asked about here.
PRN files are packaged print files, formatted for a specific print device.

There MAY be software around to view them but it would need the smarts to decipher all the formats and codes of EVERY print device. A daunting task.
