Comment:
Outlook2000 uses symantic fax lite software, which generates a .fxo file as the fax image. My quickview will not view this file. Any suggestions as to how to view a .fxo file?

Are you trying to view FXO files on machines other than the fax send/receive system?
FXO files are supposed to be view by an Symantec WinFax Starter Edition Quikview plugin (dll file)
The ONLY way I have been able to view fxo files is to install Outlook 98 with the fax support in internet mail only mode then open a fxo file from outlook98 (attachment) and keep it open while closing outlook98. This is the case on ALL systems.
If you keep the fax open and change to Corporate Workgroup as your mail configuration on 98 the viewer support will stay. If you upgrade to 2000 from 98 I believe the support will stay. If you install 2000 and try this, 2000 will pull the support back out the first time you close the 2000 without having a fxo file open. (what a feature)
