Hi. Go into My Computer and right click on the CD drive, or you can do this from Windows Explorer. Have a nice day.

If you can't read it because the session wasn't closed, you may be able to run the burner software on another computer and close the session.

I use Adaptec CD Creator and have no trouble reading "open session" cd's.
Are you trying to access this cd through My Computer or Explorer, or are you just inserting it into the drive and waiting for it to "open"? (If the cd doesn't have an autorun feature burned onto it, it won't do anything.)
It could be your cd drive lens is dirty too. Do you have trouble reading any other cd's? It's also possible that the cd drive is too old to read a newer type cd.
