viaspoxd.vxd , how to install?

OK... here's the problem NOW, I did find a site to download viaspoxd.vxd but now how to install the "thingey" .... is it self extracting? I also need.... "gulp", vmmrd.386, tela-lit.vxd , and trivxde.vxd I think to make my friggin modem work to my ISP and not this AOL that I'm workin from. Geeez...... this has been one hell of a week!

If the file has an (.exe) extension it is self extracting.

THE SOLUTION:
Run REGEDIT, search for viaspoxd.vxd and vmdrd.386 --seperately--delete every occurance of these files. It owrked for me. No more error messages concerning system.ini on startup. YES I found it on this site in system.ini errors.

I was able to get the vrtwd out of the registery and It doesn't give me a error, but unfortunatly it didn't work for the viaspoxd.vxd, could someone please send me the file
