vga card driver is needed urgently

plz I have an old pc which has a vga card with chips written on it as below
HOLKET
HT 27C512-70
A206K0333-2


and on the other side I have the number

KW-V305/32P
plz because I am too far from my home and dont have the driver cd plz send me the above mentioned driver

Its really old. But have a look at www.driverguide.com and search under the archives it should be there.
