VBE in Temp files

I keep getting a folder in my Windows/Temp file. Named VBE and nothing in it. Any idea where it comes from and how can I stop getting it?

I have lots of folders and files in my Temp folder that keep on coming back. Why pick on poor little VBE?

nice one Bill! that's why I put this line in my autoexec.bat
DELTREE/Y C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\*.*
