I have Win98 w/Office 97. I haven't had a problem till recently. When I open Word 97 i get the message "VBA332.dll is out of date" and I can't even open Access. How can this be fixed

Did you just install a new program? It probably put it's own old dll in place of the one you need. Get a new dll, at windrivers or microsoft, or take it off the office cd. Check the dates on the old and new one before you replace it.
