Does anyone know of a hardware and software package
that will allow a user to use a laptop computer
as a terminal on a more powerful Windows 98 desktop
computer? Multiuser capability is not necessary --
I just need a high-tech Windows version of DOS's ctty
command, if you know what I mean.

You could try VNC, originally for unix but I use it in my office to remote control other pcs, very small memory footprint, client & server both fit on a floppy & its free.

Good luck
