USBSUPP.exe, how can I delete it when I am in DOS

After installing USBSUPP.exe from WIN95 cdrom, I get an error message :
File in system.ini is damaged, NTKERN.vxd
I can't get into win95 anymore, so please tell me how to delete usbsupp.exe when I am in MSDOS? Please mail me your answer, colin@worldmailer.com
