when I plug my usb mini drive in it doesn't work and also I just bought a logitec optical mouse and it won't work either. I used it on a friends computer and it worked just fine. for some reason nothing will work on the usb interface. All the drivers are installed and it can "see" the devices but they don't work. I noticed that the IRQ for the usb is 11. however there are about 6 or 7 other things that are using the same interupt request number. number 9 and 10 are open so I was going to change the usb to number 10 rather that11 but I can't seem to be able to change them. I don't know if changing the IRQ would help or not but I'm out of options here. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do here? I really need some help on this one.
