Howdy all, A week ago I posted regarding my problems with my USB. I cannot get any perhiperals to function. Specifically, my scanner or camera. Win98se detects the perhiperals, but when I try to use them, their respective software freeze. The USB is turned on in the BIOS. I have downloaded a USB patch from Windoze. I've tried a powered USB hub. I tried a Dlink DSB-H4 and here's what I noticed. The "bus" led does not light up. What does this mean??? Windoze does find the hub and perhiperals plugged in, but they don't work. Do I need to get a different OS or a PCI USB card or is there something else to try????? THA!!!

did you make sure usb is enabled in the bios?
also, is assign irq for usb enabled in the bios?
