Usb driver windows 98

I have a usb card reader. it reads as a mass storage device, but windows can't install it. Please Help. No Driver.

Its not on the underside.
Theres a driver in axp and 200 built in. its a universal plug and play. ut 98 doesn't support. I do kno the company. they don't have any drivers for anything on their site. Because there not sopposed to be needed.

Which company is it?
It's a well-known fact that Windows 98 usually requires drivers for modern USB devices.
In the Device Manager, does your computer even recognize it? If it does, what error does it give?
