URGENT!!!!!!!!!Windows Explorer Fault

When opening windows explorer and when you do a file open the cursor changes from the arrow to the egg timer constantly. I have run Dcom95/nortans utils/regclean. I have also checked the autoexec.bat and system.ini and the win.ini but this has not resolved this. I f someone can help please let me know ASAP.

Sounds like something is using up most of the resources on your system. Right click on "my computer" choose the "performance tab" and see what percentage of system resources are being used. You can also do a "control/Alt/Delete" and see whats running in the background. Post back here with what you find and we'll go from there.
