im trying to run a program (nolop.exe) and its saying:

i've downloaded the .dll file but i dont know where it goes.

userenv.dll is supposed to be in C:\Windows\System32, in Win XP (and probably Win 2000) only. There is no userenv.dll in Win 98SE. You could try putting it in C:\Windows\System32 and/or C:\Windows\System, but the program may not work. Are you sure that program was meant for Win 98 SE?
