Urgent!!!, suwin error

My uncle gave a used hard disk of 1275 mb. It had a double space. I took it out, and the message of the suwin error is still showing up. I tried installing win 95 and win 98. the two of them doesnīt work. I donīt know what more to do. Please help.
If there's nothing on the drive you want to keep, run FDISK and delete any existing partitions, make new partitions, and then reboot and FORMAT the drive.

my friend had similar problem. ran fdisk, format,made new partition but doesn't solve problem.by the way other general protection error also occured.what's wrong?

Me and a friend have a computer with dual HD,are rec suwin errors. Used fdisk, del dos partion, creaded new dos partition, reformatted, tried installing win98 still rec suwin error. Tried switching drives, still rec same error. HELP!!!

I was recieving the blue screen of death on a friends '98 box. I reformatted the drive, reinstalled a copy of Win98 and got crazy SUWIN errors. I did it again with a different win98 cd and chose custom install and made it bare bones, it installed fine but during the first start up.. gave me a blue screen of death.. this is a BRAND NEW hard drive too. wazzup wid'dat?? I hate computers.
