Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 98 SE. Basically i did this because i'd just installed 632mb new RAM and Windows 98 SE simply couldn't handle anything over 332mb! Anyway, to combat the problem while i was still using 98 SE i added a line to the 'vcache' section of the system.ini file, limiting the computer to 332mb RAM. I also put the DMABufferSize to 332. Now that i'm with Windows XP, should i change the values of these two settings to reflect the 632mb RAM i do have, or should i simply delete both those lines and let Windows get on with it?
