When performing Windows Upgrade Advisor to determine if my system is suitable for XP I get this message each time ... WINNT32 caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 016f:bff7a388. Any suggestions on what this pertains to and how I can resolve this issue?

locate the Qbconv32.dll file and rename it to Qbconv32.dl_. If you find multiple copies of this file on the computer, rename each copy.

Thanks for the tip but unfortunately it didn't work. The last five digits are different on the error message, compared to the one displayed on the Microsoft site so it may be related to another program.
