updating drivers for S3 Virge/MX+

Hello! I am trying to find updated version of the driver (s3vmx.drv, version 4.10.01.3007-5.01.17) and there is none on S3 Inc web site as you refferd me. DirectX 7.0 is aking me to update the driver...

i can't seem to find a driver for s3 inc. virge/mx+
i found quite a few dx model drivers, but are they the same thing?
