Hi! I have a 7 year old computer, and want to update it. Here are the things I want to put on my computer:
128MB RAM Windows 98 Celeron Processor
Can I get all of those things for around $130 (give or take)?

we need to know what motherboard you have to give an exact answer. I bet you will need a new motherboard to run a Celeron. You can get both of those for around $150, maybe less. Windows 98 costs another $100. Memory is another $25.
check the used market.

Save your money and go buy a new tower. It's not that more expensive and way more cost effective.
Good luck finding compatible hardware for this old machine.
Not likely that any Celeron processor will be compatible with your m/board.

Something to consider. It's more $ than upgrading but for around $600.or you can get a whole lot more computer NEW by getting a "clone". Check the net or locally for sales.
