There is a lot of info on your problem here: http://www.google.com/ Just type in hhctrl.ocx and let google do the search. If you do download the file it belongs in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory(folder). Hope this helps.

Try Microsoft - I had to do the same for Win95 It was a small download and got rid of that message 'you need a newer version of hhctrl.ocx to view this file'
