Unzipper for zip files

Comment:
I have downloaded a couple of ZIP files, including compressed files, from the internet and Win 98 refuses to open them. A site search here seemed to produce nothing later than a few years ago, when winzip appeared to do a free programme. Their site only sells now, apart from a trial version of the latest prog, which threatens to take about 40min. to download. Any ideas for a quick, reliable unzipper with no frills?
Winzips trial works forever. You lose a couple features and you have to agree to the terms of use every time you open the program but you can still use it to zip & unzip.
WinRar is what i use.
Cam Unzip only lets you unzip [no zipping] compressed [zip] files. Its very small and free.

FreeZip is everything that you are asking for but the PowerArchiver program versions below version 7 are freeware and are everything that WinZip is without the nag screen.
There is a workaround for the nag screen in WinZip but I do not use or have WinZip so I did not take notes when the workaround came around.
Freezip will only unzip files (which is what you asked for) but grab PowerArchiver while you can for later use. It is a 2.03mb download.

Thanks to everyone for help.
I've taken Bryan's advice, and got PowerArchiver which has worked brilliantly.
Summary: If I understand you correctly you have downloaded a zip file and want to know where to extract the driver files to. Create a folder in a place where you want to save the driver for possible reinstalla...
Summary: Just drag and drop the files that you want add to the zipped file it will ask for the password and then add the files. That will work with other zipped file as well....
