unzip utility in 98

As the title says, is there an unzip utility in windows 98 like there is in XP or do I need to get a standalone?

Here is one I have used that is free and seems to unzip most file types.

For most practical purposes PKZIP should do. The version to get is 204g. Look for PKZ204G.exe

Plenty of link here:
