I am unable to go to any secure websites with either my aol browser or internet explorer. I get an error message that my virus softwear should be installed again. It is not in add/remove programs but listed on the programs file. I cannot log into mcafeehelp.com

Did you have this program installed? If so, it may have been improperly removed. If you have the program, re-install and then uninstall using the program uninstaller or windows add/remove programs.
