uncompiling a help (.hlp) file

I once found a program called Helpdeco which did this. Can't remember where. Do a search.

found a program on TUCOWS.com called help2txt.exe , it will decompile hlp files into standart txt files that then can be read using word, notepad, any ascii editor.

Summary: Make sure when you do this windows is not running the background; so on boot-up press F8 and select the command line option. At the c: prompt in DOS type undelete /? this will give you the parameters....
