Display settings Windows 98 cannot change from 16 colors and 640*480 Pixels Has allways operated on 256 color and800*600 Pixels error message reads" an eror ocured in ID of diagnostic library then it gives this message- DL_video.DLL code 61400 5001 DL failed 10? make sure correct Windows drivers are loaded .error message then reads that adaptor type is incorrect or settings do not work with your Hardware Checked for conflicts conflicts =Nil. tried all troubleshooting It ahs been working on 256 colors and 800x600 pixels since purchased new in Nov 2001
