....from boot disk.
I'm trying to install WIN'95 to a recently formatted c: drive. The computer is a PackBell Pentium. The boot floppy is a PackBell boot disk, and I have WIN '95 ready in the CD-ROM. After the floppy "format's the system's hard drive" it searches for a
CD-ROM drive, then throws up the message, "Unable to determine CD-ROM Drive model." It rests at the A:\>.

What should I do next???
(Thanks to all who are following this)

Reply:

use win98 bootdisk, choose cdrom-support: this will provide drivers for any cdrom. If everything fails, take out harddisk, put as slave to another and copy win95 cdromfiles.
