TV MEDIA in msconfig / startup; cannot get rid of it. If I uncheck the items (it appears twice) it comes right back. Is this a highjack; how can i get rid of it? I even uninstalled it via control panel. Completely puzzled.

I went into some detail about removing startup items in msconfig here:

There's also utility programs that will do it also.
