Trident - TV - No Color - Help

i have a Trident 3d Image 9750 PCI/AGP (v6.64.5423a.98) video card. when i hook it upto my 27 inch sony trinitron i cannot get any color no matter what i do. i tryed using the color management but still nothing ... does this video card not support color with the tv out link? if it does what do i have to do?

The card definitely supports color on the TV out. How are you connecting the card to the TV? S-video or RCA, directly to the tv or through a VCR or a Cablebox etc...I would first check the cables - could be bad connection in S-vid?

I think you might have to change your resolution to a lower setting. I have a wintv card and I remember seeing in the manual that it will not work over a certain resolution.

Alright that was one of my thoughts... the s-cable... i'm using an old video cable from a video camera to connect... just thought i'd ask before buying... thanks for the reponces.

Might be a macrovision problem or a defective board. The same prob with some savage3D cards. Return it if u can. It prob isnt the cable. If it was, u would prob get no pic or a picture with lots of interference.

Summary: I have a trident tv graphics card and no cable to connect the card to TV. If anyone can inform me of a supplyer or has one to sell, please mail me ASAP. Thanks in advance....
