Hi
I,ve got a laptop with cd player, no floppy drive, no modem no nic nothing, only printer port,2x card bus pcmcia, scsi card and usb port.
Can someone tell me how can I transfer/pass the work I do in the laptop to my desktop pc.

There are several ways:
1. Use a Parallel Laplink Cable. One computer will be the Master and the other will be the slave.
2. Use a Null Modem Cable. Ditto

3. Use a Crossover USB cable

Any of these will work and allow you to transfer files from one computer to another. Note that you should only transfer files / folders.

There's plenty of information on how to interconnect computers together to do this available here and elsewhere. I wouldn't deprive you of the pleasure of finding this information for yourself. You'll be a much more knowledgeable person when you're done.

I suggest purchasing a USB connection cable. They come with the software you need and are not very expensive (about $30 US).
