I have a sat pro 490xcdt that will not boot all i get is a screen with In touch with tomorrow Toshiba, anyone know what the problem could be?

i'm running a satellite 4200 . You must go in the bios settings to check boot sequence...and put it to floppy>CD>HD or if toshiba tools are still available in hardware setup of the config pannel to make it.

but i can't get into the Bios, i get the screen saying Toshiba almost straight away.

Toshiba restore disk says : insert CD, power off PC, press "c" and switch on . Keep "c" pressed till welcome screen . This works fine with the restore CD . Maybe the same with a windows CD in it.
