I have Toshiba Libretto 100 with W95 running. I have I-O Data external CD-Rom. I would like to reformat & reinstall. In order to install my external CD-Rom in Dos, I need "CardServices" for my Libretto. I have contacted Toshiba & they don't have it. What is "Cardservices"? How can I get a copy of it for my Libretto? Thanks
