toshiba laptop keyboard malfunction

Hi,
New here. Some keys on my laptop is malfunctioning, example is when E is press it will open my computer window, when R is press it open Run dialog box, when D is press it will minimise windows.
pls, help me to solve this problem.

Check the Windows Key, the one between the Ctl and Alt keys on the left and next to the Alt Gr key on the right. It appears to be stuck down.
