I have this toolbar that gets on my nervs and it won't go away. It shows in every folder and IE. I tried to go in the Registry
and delete it but it didn't work. I ran out of ideas...Here's the pic

Do you know how the toolbar got there ?
Was it installed by your ISP ?
When you click View / Toolbars...is it listed there ?

Can you place your cursor over the lower edge of the bar to get the double arrows, then click and drag it upwards to hide it?

I can hide it, but whenever i restart my PC it show again. and i don't know how it got there, its an Accessories Toolbar. My ISP had nothing to do with this. Its like a Radio or Link Toolbar, does the same thing but just won't go away

OK, do you have a branded copy of IE...or is it the standard IE install from Microsoft or from the Windows CD.
If you have a branded copy eg from AOL or whoever, maybe they are responsible for the toolbar.
When you click on any of the links, what comes up ?
Are they sites hosted by one particular company name ?

I have the same darn accessories toolbar that just popped up. My daughter did some browsing while I was at work, I came home and the start page on all the browsers was changed to lop.com, and an accessories toolbar was added, with buttons like "mp3" "books" "education", etc. They all bring up the darn lop search page (paid ads, actually). I've managed to delete allr references to lop from my registry, but the toolbar won't go away.
