TO Ema,
If you don't have Internet Explorer 6 then download it, it is worth it. To delete Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and History just go to "Tools" whilst Internet Explorer is open then "Internet Options" and delete what you like.

You can also get a handle on cookies with Tools/internet options/privacy/advanced ckick override automatic cookie handling and block them. they even distinguish between 1st and 3rd party cookies.
