Yes. If you have Win98 use disk clean-up (Start> programs> accessories> system tools>) These include downloaded files, Recycle bin, temp. Internet filesas well as the Temp. file folder. Also defrag your disk once in a while.

You can just delete all TMP files, contrary to popular belief nothing really happens and I've been doing this for years. All TMP files in use are locked by windows and will not be deleted. The others will be.

I have a problem. I have a nokia logomanager i cant open the logo It says does not find DEL42F4.TMP Is this a file i have deleted in misstage?
