TM35428 caused an invalid page faul

CPU/Ram: P3 64MB RAM
Product: Dell Optiplex GX1
Comment:

When my computer boots up, I get the following error:

TM35428
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

What is this file & how do I fix this error?
